“Let’s Make A Mug Too” Season 2 To Stream On Crunchyroll
Crunchyroll announced today the streaming rights to “Let’s Make A Mug Too” Season 2. The new season of the TV anime, officially named “Let's Make a Mug Too: Second Kiln” (Yakunara Mug Cup Mo Niban Gama), is set to premiere on October 1, 2021. The pottery centric slice-of-life series will be a part of Crunchyroll’s Fall 2021 Anime Season Lineup.
Crunchyroll will stream season 2 to audiences in North America, Central America, South America, Europe, Africa, Oceania, the Middle East, and CIS.
Season 2 Synopsis: Himeno and the Tajimi City pottery club set out to make even more fantastic pottery in new episodes of Let's Make a Mug Too!
Based on manga that launched in 2012, “Let’s Make A Mug Too” (Yakunara Mug Cup Mo) stars Minami Tanaka as “Himeno Toyokawa”, Yū Serizawa as “Mika Kukuri”, Yūki Wakai as “Naoko Naruse” and Rina Honnizumi as “Toko Aoki”. The main cast and staff from Nippon Animation are returning for the new season, which was announced back in June of this year.
“Let’s Make a Mug Too” season 1 and the live-action episodes both premiered on April 2, 2021 and are available to stream on Crunchyroll.
Crunchyroll Synopsis: Together with her father, who had quit his salaryman job, Toyokawa Himeno moves to Gifu prefecture's Tajimi city. That's the city where her mother is from, whom she had lost when she was still young. Himeno is now attending her mother's alma mater, where her classmate Kukuri Mika invites her to tag along to a special place. That place turns out to be the pottery club! There, she learns for the first time that her mother was a legendary potter, and is consequently pulled into the world of pottery.
