“The Two of Them Are Pretty Much Like This” Yuri Manga Series Set To End

The official Twitter for Gentosha’s Comic Boost website announced this week that the Yuri manga series “The Two of Them Are Pretty Much Like This” will come to an end. Chapter 104 will be the last and is slated to be released on February 25, 2022 in Japan.

In addition, the final volume will be the fourth book and it is set to be released on April 22, 2022. The manga series is by Takashi Ikeda, creator of the Yuri classic “Whispered Words”. Known as “Futari wa Daitai Konna Kanji” (We're Usually Like This.), the manga began serialization in Comic Boost in January 2020 and currently has three volumes in print in Japan.

Publisher Seven Seas Entertainment announced in October 2021 the license acquisition of the manga series and will release “The Two of Them Are Pretty Much Like This” for the first time in North America in print and on digital platforms. Volume 1 is set to be released on June 7, 2022 and Volume 2 is set for November 1, 2022.

According to Seven Seas, “Enjoy this new slice-of-life Yuri manga about two adult women in the creative industries and their shared romantic life in their apartment.”
