“Extreme Hearts” Anime Announces July 9 Premiere Date With New Visual And Promo Video

The official website for “Extreme Hearts” announced the premiere date with new key art and a promotional video to tease the upcoming series. The original TV anime is set to be released on July 9, 2022 in Japan.

According to the website, the story is “A little more about the future than the present. ‘Hyper sports’ is a hobby competition that is popular with children and adults alike. Hiyori Hayama is a high school singer who had nothing to do with such hyper sports. The story begins to move in the wake of a certain incident and encounter. ‘This is the story of us meeting our best friends.’”

The anime stars Ruriko Noguchi as “Hiyori Hayama”, Miho Okasaki as “Saki Kodaka”, and Kana Yūki as “Sumika Maehara”. During the AnimeJapan 2022 event for the series, it was reveled that Miho Okasaki is performing the anime's opening theme "Infinite".

“Extreme Hearts” is an original anime from writer Masaki Tsuzuki. Junji Nishimura is directing with Issei Aragaki and Kana Hashidate serving as chief animation directors.
