The TV anime will star Sora Amamiya as “Miko Yotsuya”, Kaede Hondo as best friend “Hana Yurikawa”, and Ayane Sakura as “Yuria Niguredo”, and will be directed by Yuki Ogawa at Passione. No word as of yet on a US distributor.

In addition, Sora Amamiya will be performing the ending theme with the song “Mita na? Mita yo ne?? Miteru yo ne???” (“You Saw It? You Saw It, Didn’t You?? You Can See It Right Now, Right???”), as well as the opening theme entitled “Mienai kara ne!?” (“I can’t see you, okay!?”), teased in the promotional video.

The anime is based on Tomoki Izumi’s horror-comedy manga “Mieruko-chan”, which has been serialized on KADOKAWA's Comic Walker website since November 2018 and is currently being published in English by Yen Press. Volume 3 was released on June 29, 2021 and Volume 4 is set to be released on November 16, 2021.

Yen Press Synopsis: A normal girl was living a normal life-until she wasn't. One day, she could see...everything. What's a girl to do when hideous monsters appear no matter which way she turns? And on top of that, nobody else can see them! Obviously, there's only one thing that makes sense-ignore them. Kinda hard to put theory into practice, though, when the ghosts know she's watching...
