“Magia Record” Final Season Reveals New Visual

The official website for “Magia Record: Puella Magi Madoka Magica Side Story” TV anime revealed a new visual to tease the upcoming Final Season. “Magia Record: Puella Magi Madoka Magica Side Story Final Season - Dawn of Light Dreams” is set to be released in Spring 2022.

The third season was previously set to be released at the end of 2021 but in December 2021, the franchise announced that the Final Season would be delayed until Spring 2022 due to production reasons.

The anime is a spin-off TV series to the cult-classic “Puella Magi Madoka Magica”. “Magia Record: Puella Magi Madoka Magica Side Story” Season 1 was released in 2020 and is based on the game of the same name from Aniplex. The second season titled “Magia Record: Puella Magi Madoka Magica Side Story Season 2 - The Eve of Awakening -” aired during the Summer 2021 anime season and was simulcast on Funimation, Crunchyroll and HIDIVE.

The original 12-episode TV anime “Puella Magi Madoka Magica” was released in 2011 and can currently be streamed on Funimation, Crunchyroll, HBO Max, Hulu and Netflix in subtitles and English dubbing.

Recently, a new “Madoka Magica” anime film was announced. The new film will be called “Puella Magi Madoka Magica The Movie -Walpurgisnacht: Rising-” and will be a sequel to the 2013 film “Puella Magi Madoka Magica The Movie Part 3: Rebellion”.
